Fantasy Face Painting will be publicly face painting at the remainder of these October events in central Virginia:
October 22nd, from 1-3:45 - Westchester Commons Halloween in Midlothian.
October 29th, from 10-11 and 12-3 - Frog Level Volunteer Fire Department Fall Festival and Parade in Frog Level. The parade is 11-12.
